Ordering Process
Items
are added to the shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button located on an
item page. Please read the item descriptions carefully as they may contain important
information regarding shipping, etc. Once
you have selected the items you wish to purchase and are ready to check out, please double-check your order to verify you have selected the items you wish to purchase. If you

Orders
received before 12:00 PM are typically shipped the same day. You will be notified
via email that your order has been received and is being processed. You will
receive a receipt via email for your payment. You will receive tracking
information for your order when it is shipped. A Customer Service representative
may contact you to verify information regarding your order, such as credit card
numbers, billing address information, shipping address information, telephone numbers, etc.
NOTE:
We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any order we suspect of being
fraudulent. ThePoolZone.com cooperates fully with law enforcement to ensure the
safety of online shoppers. Any attempt to defraud ThePoolZone.com will be
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Payment Options
ThePoolZone.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, PayPal. Personal Checks and Money Orders are
accepted. Orders paid by Check or Money Order will be held until funds have
cleared. A Returned Check Fee of $50.00 will be charged for all returned/bounced
checks - No Exceptions.
International Orders
At ThePoolZone.com, we welcome orders from international customers outside of
the United States and always do our best to provide a quote for shipping costs
quickly. Please be aware that product warranties may not be valid outside the
United Sates or Canada. International order items cannot be returned. We reserve
the right to refuse any International Order that we suspect of being fraudulent. ThePoolZone.com cooperates fully with law enforcement to ensure the
safety of online shoppers. Any attempt to defraud ThePoolZone.com will be
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Sales
Tax
Florida residents are subject to 7% Florida Sales Tax – No Exceptions.
Shipping Policy
The
default Shipping Method for orders is UPS/FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified in
the item description. Due to weight/size limitations, items that are shipped by Truck cannot be shipped via any other method.
All Truck shipments require a valid working telephone number where you can be
reached to schedule delivery. If we cannot obtain this information from you, your
order will not be shipped. If you require a special delivery method such as
Overnight or 2nd Day Air, please contact Customer Service toll-free @ 1 (877)
787-7233 or via email:
cs@thepoolzone.com. We are always happy to accommodate your special requests
or requirements whenever possible.
Return
Policy
At
ThePoolZone.com, we take great pride in our customer service track-record. Our knowledgeable and helpful staff can help you with any
information you need about any item we carry. We love when you ask questions and
welcome the opportunity to help you. Please be sure the item you are
purchasing is the item you want/need. At ThePoolZone.com, any item you
purchase can be returned within 60 days of the date of purchase.
After 60 days, no returns will be accepted. All returns require a Returned Goods Authorization
Number (RGA#), which can be obtained by
calling Customer Service toll-free 1 (877) 787-7233. We cannot accept any
returned items without an RGA#.
Defective Items
If a product is believed to be defective, it will only be
replaced with the same product. You can not receive credit for a defective item.
We will issue a call tag for the defective merchandise to be picked up and returned to us.
The replacement item will be shipped upon receipt of the defective item at our
warehouse. If you must have the replacement item immediately, you will be
charged for the replacement item and for all reship freight charges. Once the
defective item is received, inspected and determined to be defective, you will
receive a credit for all charges in full on the original order (cost of product
and freight charges). Please make sure that you provide an explanation of the
defect on the Return Form. If it is determined that the item returned as
defective was not actually defective, you will be charged for any call tag
fees and return shipping charges, and no credit will be issued at all for the
original order.
Please help us to help you. If ThePoolZone.com requests
additional information from you to complete a return, this information must be
received within 10 calendar days or there will be an additional 20% handling fee
deducted from any credit issued. You must provide this additional information in
writing; either via an email or facsimile. If you have not provided the
requested information within 30 calendar days, the merchandise will be disposed
of and no credit will be issued.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, excluding returns of
defective items, or returns that
result from our error, missing parts or freight damage. If a return is the
result of a defective item, our error, is missing parts, or if there is freight damage (see
freight claims policy), the restocking fee will be waived. We are not
responsible for getting returns back to our warehouse unless the return is
the result of our error, missing parts, freight damage or a manufacturer's
defect - No Exceptions.

Returned items must re-sellable, i.e. they must be in their original condition
and packaging.

Returned merchandise must be sent Freight Pre-Paid
via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

You must obtain an RGA# from our Customer Service
Dept. before returning any merchandise.
Please Note: Returns sent through the USPS can take longer to arrive
and to be
credited.

COD returns or returns without an RGA# will be refused.
(Please write your RGA# clearly on the box)

Used items (unless shipped defective and/or damaged) cannot be
returned under any circumstances

Special order and custom-made items cannot be returned
under any circumstances– No Exceptions.

International order items cannot be returned.
Returns Process
For quick, easy return processing, please follow these
steps:
1) Complete the
Return Form. The Return Form contains all of the information necessary
to process a return. You must include a copy of this form inside every package
you return to ensure that a return credit is properly issued. Undocumented returns greatly hinder our ability to issue a
proper credit and will delay the processing of your credit. As such, ThePoolZone.com does not guarantee that a credit will be issued if a return is
un-documented.
2) Please use an insured shipping method you can track. We will not be
responsible for returns that cannot be verified.
3) Complete the "reason for the return" section on the Return Form when sending the product back to us.
5) Keep a copy of the packing list and Return Form as a reference for following
up on return status.
Freight
Claims
Policy
At ThePoolZone.com, we take great care to ensure that your
order is packaged properly and safely to avoid damages during shipment. However,
we realize that occasionally, shipments can be damaged in transit. This Freight
Claims Policy outlined below will help you understand what happens if a shipment
is damaged in transit. If a return is the result of freight damage, the 20%
restocking fee will be waived.
If merchandise is received damaged, and that damage is
visible (e.g. crushed carton, hole(s) in carton), you must sign for the
merchandise as damaged. A simple notation of how many cartons look damaged is
sufficient. Upon learning of the damaged shipment from you, ThePoolZone.com will
arrange for the merchandise to be picked up and returned to our warehouse for
inspection. We will issue a replacement order for the damaged item(s) and you
will receive a credit for the original item(s) after they are received in our
warehouse.
If merchandise is received damaged, and that damage is visible (e.g. crushed
carton, hole(s) in carton), but you signed for the merchandise without
exception, you have confirmed acceptance of the shipment and we are not able to
file a freight damage claim. It is imperative that you thoroughly inspect the
shipment for damage before signing for it and thereby accepting the shipment.
Furthermore, if for any reason the driver cannot wait for a proper inspection,
you and the driver must both make note of the reason a proper inspection was not
possible and must both sign on the Bill of Lading.
If merchandise is received damaged and you signed for the shipment without
exception, but later claim there was concealed damage, no credit will be issued.
ThePoolZone.com will, of course, file a claim with the carrier on your behalf if
so requested. Again, it is absolutely imperative that you inspect the shipment
for damage before signing for and thereby accepting the shipment. Furthermore,
if for any reason the driver cannot wait for a proper inspection, you and the
driver must both make note of the reason a proper inspection was not possible
and must both sign on the Bill of Lading.
Returns that are a result of visible freight damage that was noted by you at
time of delivery, will be accepted. Note again: If you sign for delivery without
exception, you are confirming acceptance of the shipment and we have no way of
determining the cause of the damage.

following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for ThePoolZone.com.
Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart and to
gather broad demographic information. Your IP address may be used to help
diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Our site may
use cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. This site contains no links to
