SOME COMMON QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ABOUT SHIPPING
Q. How can I know the Shipping charges for an item I want to purchase or for my complete order before I checkout?
A. Shipping charges are determined by where your order will be shipped. In order to provide you with an accurate price for Shipping, our system needs some basic information from you. Determining the cost of shipping for your order is easy using our Shipping Calculator:
Click on the item you wish to purchase to view the item detail page. Below the price, there is a link for the Shipping Calculator. Click on the link and a small window will open. Enter your State & Zip code, and click on the Calculate button. The Shipping charges for that item will appear in the window.
Please note: You can view the Shipping charges for any item at any time by using this feature and then continue shopping. You will not be charged for any purchase(s) until you place items in your Shopping Cart, provide your payment information and checkout. Please note that unlike other online pool stores, ThePoolZone.com never charges a Handling Fee, even if shipping is free.
Once you have put all of the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart, to complete your order, simply
click on Checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping and payment information. Click on Continue to complete your order. You will be provided with an order confirmation and order number for your reference. All of our checkout pages are secure and your information is protected to ensure protection of your personal information.
Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. We always do our very best to ensure that orders placed before 12:00 Noon EST on any business day are shipped the same day, provided that the items ordered are available and in-stock and there is no problem with payment, etc. Occasionally, on a very busy day such as at the beginning of the season or other heavy-volume times, it may take an extra day for an order to be shipped. You will be notified by email in the rare instance that an item is out-of-stock. You have the option of authorizing us to hold your entire order until it is complete, split your order and ship what is available now, or to cancel your order completely. Chances are that if we are out of an item, the item is probably hard-to-get everywhere, so canceling the order will probably not ensure any quicker delivery
from another vendor. We can also help by suggesting alternative items that are of comparable or even better quality.
Q. When will I receive tracking information for my order?
A. For all UPS/Fedex shipments, tracking information is usually sent via email on the same day that your order is picked, packed and shipped. Tracking information for Truck shipments can sometimes take an extra day or two to be sent.
